CREDIT WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF ITEMS RETURNED ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING INTACT. If items
are returned without original packaging or original packaging intact, a 25% service fee will be incurred by the customer.
All credits will be issued in the form of original payment. Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE unless items were
shipped in error by goride.com or are found to be defective. A 15% re-stocking fee applies on all returns of items
not exchanged for products of equal or greater value and for items not shipped by goride.com
in error.
ALL WARRANTY ITEMS MUST BE INSPECTED TO ENSURE THEY CAN BE COVERED UNDER THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY POLICY. To
determine if an item is defective, it must be returned to goride.com for inspection. For items that are defective,
no service fee will be applied and a replacement or credit will be issued. If the original item is no longer avialable,
a like item of similar or greater value will be issued.
When returning items, it is strongly recommended they are sent by USPS Priority Mail or UPS with some form or
insurance or package tracking. goride.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURNED PACKAGES LOST IN TRANSIT
to goride.com, shipping on refunded items ordered in error by the customer are NON REFUNDABLE.
